Similar cover applies to "Dead Good Entertainment" and the dancing man used on the accusation forms. The aforementioned cannot be replicated in part or whole without the express permission of Jack Johnson (who is the legal owner) which will only be given in writing, or It's Murder (1999) Limited who have sole use of it under licence. Dates are subject to change and minimum numbers booked onto each event. If in doubt please refer the venue's booking conditions which should be found on their websites. It's Murder (1999) Ltd does not accept any responsibility should a venue choose to change the date or cancel an event. Most venues will usually offer an alternative booking whenever possible.
Information provided to third parties
Hotels occasionally ask for copies of the accusation forms which also has feedback on the venues. On these rare occasions the venues are advised that they may only use the information to either respond to the comments or to market "It's Murder" events and for no other purpose. The only exception is where you have given your express permission on the accusation forms to be added onto the hotel's database as well as our database. You always have the option to opt out under GDPR.
