All written material is covered by copyright. It's Murder is a registered trademark which also applies to the "It's Murder" mask. The strapline "Entertainment to Die For" has a trademark application in progress and similar cover applies to "Dead Good Entertainment" and the dancing man used on the accusation forms. The aforementioned cannot be replicated in part or whole without the express permission of Jack Johnson (who is the legal owner) which will only be given in writing, or It's Murder (1999) Limited who have sole use of it under licence. Unauthorised use in whole or in part will be deemed to a clear breach of copyright, passing off or trademark infringement.
Each "National Franchisor" will have access to the pages which are under their direct jurisdiction. The purpose of this access is to ensure that the pages are current and relevant to what is going on in that Country.

Hotels occasionally ask for copies of the accusation forms which also has feedback on the venues. On these rare occasions the venues are advised that they may only use the information to either respond to the comments or to market "Itís Murder" events and for no other purpose.
